Overview

  • A client with an existing software solution was happy with the software but unwilling to continue with their existing IT provider due to performance and cost issues.

Challenge

  • The contract was signed some time ago with reference to online terms and conditions. 

  • Imperfect terms around data migration, continuity of service and management of the transition to a new provider required further negotiation.

Solution

  • TeareOne provided consultancy services and arranged a review of terms in the context of termination, data migration and transitional services. 

  • We then identified alternative software solutions and introduced an ISO accredited IT supplier capable of integrating new services and providing IT support for the solution.
