A client with an existing software solution was happy with the software but unwilling to continue with their existing IT provider due to performance and cost issues.
Challenge
The contract was signed some time ago with reference to online terms and conditions.
Imperfect terms around data migration, continuity of service and management of the transition to a new provider required further negotiation.
Solution

We then identified alternative software solutions and introduced an ISO accredited IT supplier capable of integrating new services and providing IT support for the solution.
